Currently displayed models were developed using data from YSI 6-series sonde. Equipment was upgraded to YSI EXO sonde on 8/17/20. This will introduce additional uncertainty that may not be reflected in the computed confidence limits.
Model Form #1
log10(TN) =
- 0.0525 + 0.47 sqrt(NN)
- 5.53E-7 (SC)2
where:
- TN is computed total nitrogen, in milligrams per liter
- NN is nitrate plus nitrite, in milligrams per liter as N
- SC is specific conductance at 25 degrees Celsius, in microsiemens per centimeter
